Office Support Coordinator (Part‑time)

About the role

Fastned is expanding its electric‑vehicle charging network across Europe and needs an Office Support Coordinator to keep the Amsterdam office running smoothly. Working four days a week, you will ensure that the workplace is clean, well‑stocked and welcoming for more than 200 employees and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the kitchen, lunch areas and meeting rooms, including dishwashers, coffee machines, snacks and fruit.
• Prepare the daily salad bar and set up catering on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Receive and organise grocery deliveries and keep common areas tidy throughout the day.
• Handle incoming mail, manage office plants and restock meeting‑room supplies such as glasses, cups and water jars.
• Welcome visitors, offer refreshments and support the reception desk with access passes.
• Assist the Office Manager with additional office‑related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Available to work four days per week (Monday‑Thursday), 6‑8 hours per day.
• Previous experience in catering, hospitality or office management is a plus.
• Proactive, hands‑on, detail‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Enthusiastic, approachable and enjoys interacting with people.
