Strategy and Execution Director

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategy and Execution Director to join our fast‑growing team in Amsterdam. You will work directly with C‑level clients, shaping impactful change through data‑driven insights and innovative business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with C‑level stakeholders to drive strategic change.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities within client accounts and across Metyis.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholder expectations.
• Formulate data‑enabled hypotheses and conduct advanced analyses of client, competitor and industry data.
• Design actionable strategies, change‑management plans, and business cases that deliver measurable value.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development planning for team members.
• Participate in internal initiatives to enhance company‑wide capabilities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of strategy consulting experience, with at least 5 years leading projects and client engagements.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and influence decision‑making.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking demonstrated by high academic achievement.
• Experience developing business models, frameworks, and long‑term strategies that maximize shareholder value.
• Commercial mindset with a genuine appetite for business development.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
