Training & Capability Support Internship (Master, non‑thesis)

About the role

Join Philips’ global Capability Management & Transformation team to help design, coordinate and deliver training programs that support standard processes across supply chain, R&D, commercial and respiratory business domains. The 6‑month internship is split 50/50 between training design and deployment, with a mix of onsite work in Amsterdam and Eindhoven.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and format training materials (slides, guides, exercises) ensuring branding and template compliance.
• Support planning and logistics for training sessions, including calendar management, invitations and trainer readiness.
• Maintain the central training repository (SharePoint), handling version control and accessibility.
• Track participation, attendance and feedback, updating dashboards and deployment trackers.
• Identify gaps in content and assist in continuous improvement of learning assets.

Required profile

• Master’s student (preferably MBA) currently enrolled.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design or related field.
• Strong communication, structured and proactive work style.
• Interest in training coordination, capability building and cross‑functional collaboration.

What we offer

• Monthly allowance €500‑€700 gross (pro‑rated for part‑time).
• Housing compensation up to €300 net (Amsterdam) or €255 net (other locations).
• Travel allowance up to €192 net.
• Paid holidays during the internship term.
