About the role

Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI‑powered products and needs a Video Editor to turn raw footage, screen recordings and product demos into engaging videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other channels. The role is full‑time, based in Amsterdam, and works closely with the educational content producer, motion designers and product marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Edit video for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, product launches, educational content, campaigns and partnerships.
• Transform raw material – footage, screen recordings, voiceovers and demos – into polished, engaging videos.
• Master both long‑form and short‑form storytelling, adapting pacing, structure and aspect ratios for each platform.
• Create strong openings and use cuts, sound, music, captions and graphics to keep viewers’ attention.
• Produce a high volume of quality content, shipping multiple pieces each week while maintaining editorial standards.
• Test and iterate multiple versions, using watch‑time and retention data to refine edits.
• Collaborate with the creative team to integrate scripts, motion graphics and product visuals.
• Leverage generative AI and AI‑powered editing tools to speed up production and explore new creative possibilities.
• Build scalable workflows with templates, presets and repeatable processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of video editing or content production experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in professional editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Retention‑first editorial instincts and a passion for audience engagement.
• Experience across short‑form and long‑form formats, including screen recordings and product demos.
• Ability to make independent editorial decisions without detailed instructions.
• High production velocity – comfortable creating multiple edits and variations quickly.
• Curiosity about AI‑powered video tools and willingness to incorporate them.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
