Account Executive (SaaS Sales)

About the role

Codekeeper is looking for a tech‑savvy Account Executive to drive inbound sales of its SaaS Source Code Escrow platform. You will work in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment, helping customers understand the value of modern disaster‑recovery solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise prospects on suitable solutions and build strong relationships through excellent customer service.
• Prepare and manage email sequences, responding promptly to inbound inquiries.
• Identify and follow up on new leads generated through inbound channels via email or phone.
• Conduct A/B testing of outreach approaches to improve conversion rates.
• Deliver online demos that showcase product benefits and features.
• Create, negotiate, and close offers with potential customers.
• Upsell existing accounts by identifying additional value propositions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability to address customer pain points.
• Effective time‑management and the capacity to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and adaptability to a dynamic startup environment.

Required skills

• Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools.
