Account Manager – Enterprise SaaS Solutions

About the role

Content Guru is seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with strategic enterprise customers. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring satisfaction while driving revenue through upselling and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, handling renewals, upsell opportunities and executive stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, promote new services aligned with customer objectives, and meet revenue targets.
• Act as a customer advocate, coordinating internal resources, conducting QBRs and monitoring sentiment throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the storm® platform, product roadmap and market trends, sharing updates and recommendations with clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of enterprise account management experience, preferably in SaaS or telecoms.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and portfolio management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Hands‑on experience with Content Guru’s storm® platform or similar cloud contact‑centre solutions.
