Account Manager – Healthcare Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join a leading healthcare technology and medical solutions organisation in the Northern Netherlands. This field‑based position focuses on driving sales growth and building strategic relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospital and healthcare environments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision‑makers and influencers.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to meet sales targets and strategic objectives.
• Manage complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract award and implementation.
• Promote the adoption of integrated medication management and health‑technology solutions.

Required profile

• A degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Nursing, Business Management or a related field.
• Proven experience selling into hospitals or healthcare organisations, preferably in tender‑driven environments.
• Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and solution‑selling techniques.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational abilities to handle multiple concurrent projects.
