Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially aware and relationship‑driven Account Manager to join a brand‑new team supporting our most valuable restaurant partners across the Netherlands and other European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a cohort of key restaurant partners and grow GMV within those accounts.
• Run regular check‑ins, gather feedback and share insights with product and commercial teams.
• Use CRM data to identify performance gaps and recommend support or new products.
• Drive adoption of additional offerings such as marketing packages, ePOS and self‑service kiosks.
• Identify upsell opportunities and protect retention by spotting early risk signs.
• Collaborate closely with Onboarding, Sales and Support to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building skills and a proactive, organised approach.
• Commercial awareness – understanding how partners make money and helping them increase revenue.
• Comfortable working with data and turning dashboard insights into clear recommendations.
• Confident communicator over the phone with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Fluent in Dutch (minimum B2) and English.
