Account Manager – North Netherlands

About the role

Revlon is seeking an Account Manager for the North Netherlands region to drive growth of its beauty portfolio, including Revlon, American Crew, Eksperience, Orofluido, and Difi. You will act as the primary business partner for salons and retailers, leveraging sales, marketing, and education resources to expand brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the territory and achieve commercial sales targets.
• Grow existing accounts through loyalty initiatives and brand expansion.
• Generate new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Implement the sales cycle aligned with market trends and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute education plans for client accounts.
• Prepare commercial sales plans and manage post‑sale administration via Global Sales.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the hair‑dressing or beauty industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter attitude.
• Customer‑ and result‑oriented, socially responsible.
• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch; English proficiency is a plus.
