Account Manager – Retail Print & POSM

About the role

The Account Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day management and delivery of retail print, POSM, promotional merchandise and branded marketing assets for key client accounts. Acting as the main liaison between client stakeholders, internal teams and supplier partners, the role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while promoting innovation, sustainability and cost‑saving initiatives. The position is remote with occasional travel to client sites as required.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Procurement and Brand teams, serving as the primary client contact.
• Manage multiple projects from brief through sourcing, production, logistics and final delivery, meeting agreed service levels.
• Source retail print, POSM, display units and promotional products through approved supplier networks, ensuring value, quality and compliance.
• Oversee production, artwork approvals, proofing, sampling, manufacturing timelines and quality assurance.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoicing and project spend while identifying productivity improvements and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Produce regular reporting on project status, spend, savings, operational KPIs and account performance.

Required profile

• Experience in Account Management, Project Management, Marketing Services, Print Management, POSM or Promotional Merchandise.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing, print production and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Proven ability to manage projects from brief to delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and costs.
