Accounting, Reporting & Compliance Graduate Internship

About the role

PwC is offering a graduate internship in Accounting, Reporting & Compliance for students close to completing their Bachelor or Master studies in Accountancy, Business Economics or related financial fields. The internship combines thesis work with hands‑on experience on client assignments across our offices in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam and Eindhoven.

Key responsibilities

• Start and develop your graduation thesis using PwC’s data sources and professional guidance.
• Participate in client projects within the Tax Reporting & Strategy team.
• Support national and international clients in statutory and tax compliance.
• Assist in setting up internal processes and implementing new technological tools for clients.
• Contribute to data‑analytics and automation initiatives that improve client work‑flows.

Required profile

• Near completion of a higher‑education programme in Accountancy, Business Economics or a similar financial discipline.
• Strong motivation to learn and apply academic knowledge in a professional setting.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Ambitious, proactive and eager to explore PwC as a future employer.
