About the role
Applied Materials is seeking an Analog Electronics Design Engineer to join its High‑Voltage group in Delft. You will work on precision analog and power circuits for advanced wafer test systems used in the semiconductor industry.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end missions including modeling, simulation, laboratory testing, system debugging and integration.
- Collaborate with electronics, mechanics, software, firmware and physics teams to develop modules for wafer test equipment.
- Coordinate procurement, manage vendors and ensure critical parts are sourced and assembled.
Required profile
- B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on analog, power or high‑voltage circuits.
- Proven experience designing precision, low‑noise analog or high‑voltage circuits.
- Strong curiosity, system‑level thinking and excellent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Analog and power circuit design (high‑precision, low‑noise, high‑voltage).
- ORCAD design tools and SPICE‑based circuit simulation.
- Electromagnetic field simulation tools such as CST (advantage).
