Architecture Internship

About the role

OMA’s Rotterdam office is seeking Architecture Interns to join the design team from November 2026. The internship offers hands‑on experience on a variety of projects, mentorship from senior architects, and exposure to an international, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams during concept design, further development and project execution.
• Participate actively in team discussions and support colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create physical models, 3D models, visualisations and graphic representations, and assist in preparing presentations.
• Use industry‑standard software such as AutoCAD, Rhino and Revit for design, drafting, rendering and data analysis.

Required profile

• Currently studying Architecture or a related field, or a recent graduate with an Architecture degree.
• Strong graphic‑design and rendering abilities, with excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Rhino and AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages (Arabic, French, German) are a plus.
• Collaborative team player able to thrive in a dynamic, complex environment.
