Associate Corporate Tax – Transfer Pricing

About the role

Join PwC’s international tax team as an Associate in Corporate Tax – Transfer Pricing. You will work with large multinationals, financial institutions and family‑owned businesses, helping them allocate profits across entities in line with global regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on transfer pricing matters and support implementation together with other PwC teams.
• Perform quantitative and legal analyses for restructurings, intellectual‑property transfers and other complex transactions.
• Interview management to understand earnings, operational and organisational models.
• Draft detailed memos and reports documenting analyses and applied transfer‑pricing methodology.
• Stay current on international tax developments and share insights within the team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in tax law, tax economics, finance, economics or a related business field.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
• High‑level written and spoken Dutch and/or English.
• Interest in the business environment of client industries.
• Affinity for digital tools and a desire to become digitally savvy.
