Bartender

About the role

We are seeking a Bartender to join our service teams and uphold the exceptional standards of Ferilli’s Hospitality Group. As a Bartender, you will support your service team to ensure the highest quality of cocktail and drink preparation, presentation, and taste.

Key responsibilities

• Execute innovative international cocktails that showcase Ferilli’s creativity.
• Maintain a collaborative and positive work environment as a valued team member.
• Train and develop mixology techniques, drink safety standards, and adherence to recipes.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and drink quality throughout all bar areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high‑end cocktail bar.
• Strong team‑building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising quality.
• Interest in expanding mixology knowledge.
