BIM Modeller / Coordinator – Relocate to the Netherlands

About the role

Xelvin is seeking experienced BIM Modellers and Coordinators from South Africa to join structural and infrastructure projects in the Netherlands. The role involves creating accurate 3D models, performing clash detection, and supporting multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for civil and structural projects.
• Conduct clash detection, quality checks, and model coordination using Navisworks or Solibri.
• Interpret IFC models, BIM Execution Plans and LOD requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy.

Required profile

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Diploma, BTech or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, BIM Coordinator or Structural Revit Modeller.
• Motivation to relocate and build a long‑term career in the Netherlands.

Required skills

• Strong Revit modelling expertise.
• Experience with Navisworks and/or Solibri.
• Knowledge of IFC models and BIM Execution Plans.
• Ability to perform clash detection and model coordination.
