Brand Manager Benelux

About the role

The Benelux is our home turf, and as Brand Manager Benelux you will make Aquablu impossible to miss by activating channel partners, turning global campaigns into local hits, running NL brand campaigns, bringing events to life, and collaborating with like‑minded brands.

Key responsibilities

• Activate partners and run a co‑marketing engine, onboarding and empowering channel partners across the Benelux.
• Translate global campaigns into local Dutch/Belgian assets and run end‑to‑end NL brand campaigns.
• Execute the Benelux leg of the event calendar, handling logistics, booth staffing, lead follow‑up.
• Identify and activate local brand partnership opportunities and co‑marketing activations.
• Maintain premium, on‑brand partner touchpoints, provide toolkits and measure performance.
• Leverage AI tools and workflows to increase efficiency and output.
• Support the VP of Marketing on cross‑functional special projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B and B2C startup marketing experience across product, growth and brand functions.
• Strong project‑management mindset with a bias for action.
• Proven track record of running cross‑channel campaigns and localising global initiatives.
• Data‑savvy, comfortable measuring impact and scaling successful tactics.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
