Brand Manager EMEA - Neurovascular (Access)

About the role

This is a senior, ownership‑driven position responsible for the Access portfolio across EMEA, covering catheters and guidewires in the neurovascular space. You will set strategy, manage product lifecycles and drive market performance while working closely with physicians and stroke teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the EMEA business strategy for Access, including market positioning, investment decisions and growth targets.
• Develop the annual marketing plan and a 3‑5 year portfolio roadmap in partnership with divisional and local teams.
• Own regional product management from launch through phase‑out, including branding, messaging, pricing and launch execution.
• Partner with divisional teams to expand the portfolio through new products, line extensions and M&A, ensuring the EMEA voice of the customer is represented.
• Analyse sales, share, price, margin and brand perception data to drive performance and take corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in medical devices or marketing.
• Strong commercial discipline combined with creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinking and a clinician‑first mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, influence without authority and work within complex inter‑divisional processes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
