Brand Manager EMEA – Neurovascular (Acute Ischemic Stroke)

About the role

This senior brand manager position leads the Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) portfolio across EMEA, acting as the business owner. You will set strategy, manage product lifecycles, and drive brand performance in a fast‑growing franchise.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the EMEA business strategy for AIS, including market positioning, investment decisions, and portfolio roadmap.
• Own the product lifecycle from launch to phase‑out, overseeing branding, messaging, pricing, and launch execution.
• Develop the annual marketing plan and a 3‑5‑year portfolio roadmap in partnership with divisional and local teams.
• Analyze sales, market share, margin and brand perception data to drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with physicians, stroke teams, and medical education to generate evidence and support congress presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in medical devices or marketing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and influence without formal authority.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
