Brand Videographer & Short‑Form Video Editor

About the role

Aquablu is a smart hydration company looking to make its brand video content exciting and engaging. As the Brand Videographer & Editor you will own short‑form video for social platforms, turning B2B product stories into B2C‑style content that captures attention.

Key responsibilities

• Own Aquablu’s brand video content across short‑form and long‑form for social channels and the website.
• Develop concepts for short‑form videos and carousel posts rooted in the brand strategy.
• Spot trends, adapt proven formats quickly and produce them for the right platform.
• Shoot on location solo, handling camera, audio and lighting for customer stories, events, product launches and activations.
• Edit to a high short‑form standard, focusing on hooks, retention, colour grading, sound design and music tempo.
• Deliver accompanying photography and retouch selects to brand standards.
• Direct non‑professional subjects in live workplaces while managing consent and privacy.
• Support launch creative and supply ad‑creative assets for the growth team, understanding paid requirements.

Required profile

• Creative with a strong eye for storytelling and a natural sense of what holds attention.
• Hands‑on, detail‑driven and genuinely passionate about the craft of filming and editing.
• Enjoys analysing why content works and continuously improving future pieces.
• Excited by the challenge of making B2B content feel alive and engaging.

Required skills

• Strong short‑form editing skills: hooks, retention, colour grading, sound design and music tempo.
• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or Premiere Pro.
• Confident shooting solo with a full‑frame mirrorless camera (Sony, Lumix or similar), handling camera, audio and lighting.
• Photography skills with brand‑standard retouching.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and reliable from shoot to archived delivery.
