Business Analyst – Data & Analytics (Hybrid, Amsterdam)

About the role

You will connect data analytics with business strategy, building high‑impact dashboards, analysing performance trends and turning data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between developers and business units, translating needs into data requirements.
• Design, test and implement KPIs, metrics and data models.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports and support adoption of reporting tools.
• Analyse business KPIs (sales pipeline, revenue, churn, etc.) and present actionable insights.
• Identify process improvements, support business cases with data models and resolve data‑quality issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Data Science or related field.
• 2‑4 years of relevant data analysis experience.
• Ability to switch between high‑level analytical thinking and detailed data modelling.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills in English.
• Results‑oriented, independent, proactive and self‑starting.
