C++ Software Developer with Algorithmic Experience

About the role

Robin Radar is looking for a C++ Software Developer to design and implement advanced algorithms for its market‑leading radar products. You will work in an agile R&D team, delivering high‑performance software that enhances safety for aviation, wind farms and critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable C++ code with a focus on complex, real‑time algorithms.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs, propose and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments on software system design, hardware interfaces and documentation.
• Support code quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and code reviews.

Required profile

• MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional C++ development experience, using C++17/20 standards.
• Proven experience developing multithreaded, real‑time applications on Linux.
