Change Management Internship (Master, non‑thesis)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, highly motivated Master’s student to join Philips’ Strategy and Transformation team within Integrated Supply Chain. The intern will support a major, multi‑departmental change program, gaining exposure to high‑impact projects, diverse stakeholders and fast‑paced decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and design internal communication materials that are clear, engaging and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support planning and execution of training sessions, workshops and change‑related events.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for communication and training activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather content, feedback and ensure consistency.
• Maintain structured documentation and track progress of communication and training initiatives.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance stakeholder engagement and message effectiveness.
• Assist in KPI tracking related to change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Master’s student in Change Management, Supply Chain, Economics or Business Administration, enrolled for the full internship duration.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward.
• Familiarity with basic communication strategies and ability to craft clear, creative messages.
• Strong organizational and logistics management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks independently.

What we offer

• Monthly allowance of €500–€700 gross (adjusted to education level).
• Housing compensation of €300 net (Amsterdam) or €255 net (other Philips locations) when relocating.
• Travel compensation up to €192 net, depending on eligibility.
• Hybrid work model: 2–3 days per week in the Amsterdam office.
• Paid holidays for the internship term.
