Chemical Process Operator – Netherlands (≤28 years)

About the role

Our client in the Netherlands is seeking motivated Chemical Process Operators to join a fast‑moving chemical processing plant. The role involves both control‑room monitoring and hands‑on field work, ensuring safe and efficient production of chemical products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant processes from the control room.
• Perform field tasks such as sampling, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Handle raw materials and chemicals according to safety procedures.
• Work at heights when required for equipment inspection or maintenance.
• Participate in firefighting drills and respond to emergencies.

Required profile

• Born between 1998 and 2002 (28 years old or younger).
• Fluent in Afrikaans (non‑negotiable).
• Qualification in Chemical Operations, Chemical Process Operations, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in chemical processing or production environments.

Required skills

• Control‑room operation.
