About the role
As a Clinical Education Training Specialist at Philips, you will design, deliver and optimise advanced clinical training programmes for internal and external healthcare professionals. You will ensure that curricula are aligned with Philips technologies, clinical best practices and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop advanced clinical training programmes tailored to diverse healthcare settings and Philips product advancements.
- Create and implement comprehensive curricula for complex medical devices, covering clinical applications and compliance.
- Deliver dynamic in‑person and virtual training sessions, workshops and simulations.
- Integrate e‑learning, hands‑on workshops and simulation‑based training to improve clinical performance.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders, SMEs and instructional designers to refine role‑specific learning solutions.
- Lead customer‑facing demonstrations of clinical solutions and workflows.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessment metrics and analytics.
- Manage logistical aspects of training programmes, including scheduling and material preparation.
- Provide expert support and troubleshooting during training sessions.
- Assess and certify internal clinical trainers to ensure consistent high‑quality education.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience, including at least 3 years in Radiology Technology and 2 years in clinical education or training.
- Proven experience developing training content within the radiology domain.
- Ability to deliver training for operators, medical physicists and radiologists.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic expertise in imaging and radiation safety principles.
- Hands‑on experience with Philips DXR (Digital X‑ray Radiography) equipment.
- Effective stakeholder management across clinical, technical and commercial teams.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
Required skills
- Philips DXR (Digital X‑ray Radiography) equipment proficiency.
- Radiology Technology domain knowledge.
- Radiation safety principles for diagnostic imaging.
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration and course updating.
