Commercial Account Executive – Benelux

About the role

Dash0 is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to lead its expansion across the Benelux region. Based in Amsterdam, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help shape the sales motion for a fast‑growing observability startup.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end sales process for new commercial and mid‑market logos in the Benelux.
• Work inbound leads while generating outbound pipeline through targeted prospecting.
• Articulate the value of Dash0’s OpenTelemetry‑native platform to VPs of Engineering, SREs and Platform Engineers.
• Partner with Sales Development and Marketing to build a qualified pipeline.
• Deliver product demos and manage technical validation (POCs).
• Apply modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to ensure a repeatable process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable forecasting.

Required profile

• 2+ years of quota‑carrying B2B technology sales experience, preferably in infrastructure, DevOps or observability.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Comfortable discussing technical topics and learning how technology solves business problems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building market presence.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
