Commercial Account Executive - Eastern Europe

About the role

ClickHouse is building a global community and transitioning to a cloud‑first business. We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive adoption of ClickHouse Cloud across Eastern Europe, identify new customers and guide them to realize the full value of our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, nurture and close short‑term cloud monthly contracts while building a strategic enterprise pipeline with complex sales cycles.
• Evangelize ClickHouse’s vision and solutions, securing strategic commercial commitments and driving awareness of ClickHouse Cloud.
• Maintain detailed customer records, use cases, timelines and forecasts in Salesforce and deliver accurate monthly business forecasts.
• Engage with the local developer ecosystem by participating in meet‑ups and helping organize community events.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional resources and drive successful outcomes.
• Experience aligning cloud solutions with customer business needs and technical requirements.
• 3+ years in open‑source software business models, with a strong background in cloud and infrastructure software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with a passion for long‑term customer relationships.
