Commercial Account Executive - Nordics

About the role

Dash0 is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to lead its sales expansion across the Nordics (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark). Based in Amsterdam, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting commercial and mid‑market customers and positioning Dash0’s OpenTelemetry‑native observability platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end sales process, acquiring new logos in the Nordics.
• Handle inbound leads and generate outbound pipeline through strategic prospecting.
• Present the value of Dash0 to technical decision‑makers such as VPs of Engineering, SREs and Platform Engineers.
• Collaborate with Sales Development and Marketing to build a qualified opportunity pipeline.
• Conduct product demos, manage POCs and guide technical validation.
• Apply MEDDPICC methodology to ensure a repeatable, scalable sales process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable forecasts.

Required profile

• 2+ years of quota‑carrying B2B technology sales experience, preferably in infrastructure, DevOps or observability.
• Consistently met or exceeded sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish or Finnish).
• Comfortable engaging in technical conversations and learning how technology solves business problems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and presentation abilities.
