Commercial Inside Sales Employee

About the role

Redexim designs and builds turf maintenance equipment such as aeration, seeding, topdressing and synthetic turf machines, with its headquarters in Zeist. It is looking for a Commercial Inside Sales Employee to plan and execute the commercial sales activities within Redexim B.V. and keep all related administrative records. The role reports to the Operational Sales Manager and works closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan training and educational activities for sales teams and service technicians
• Plan and coordinate product demonstrations, trade shows and similar events with the Operational Sales Manager and external partners
• Run the quotation and order processing cycle and handle customer requests
• Coordinate with internal operational departments to deliver good customer service
• Work with ERP, CRM and dealer portal systems
• Help prepare sales objectives, plans, and annual, quarterly and monthly sales reports including margin analysis
• Maintain relationships with customers and dealers, welcome them at headquarters and support the global partner network
• Keep in touch with industry associations and handle customer and partner feedback
• Monitor inventory levels and support the Sales Managers' visits to partners worldwide

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration / Commercial Economics at HBO level
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English; German, French and/or Spanish is an advantage
• Independent but able to work in a team, with strong analytical skills
• Willingness to travel internationally, work overtime or work Saturdays when required

Required skills

• Knowledge of and experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Use of ERP, CRM and dealer portal
