Commercial Strategy & Sales Internship (Dutch speaking)

About the role

As a Commercial Strategy & Sales Intern, you'll work on real business challenges, collaborate with experienced commercial leaders, and contribute to decisions that drive growth with some of the largest retailers in the Benelux. This role is designed for students who are eager to learn, take ownership, and make a visible impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support development of customer account plans, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and prepare insights for business reviews.
• Transform sales and market data into actionable insights, build and improve dashboards, and explore AI tools to support commercial decision‑making.
• Assist with New Product Introduction activities, maintain assortment overviews and product information, and participate in innovation planning sessions.
• Prepare customer presentations, join retailer visits and business reviews, capture actions and ensure effective follow‑up.
• Identify out‑of‑stock and overstock risks, support forecast discussions with data analysis, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to improve business planning.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commercial Economics, Business, Finance, Data & Analytics or related fields.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in sales, strategy and commercial leadership.

What we offer

• Monthly allowance of €500‑€700 gross (pro‑rated for part‑time).
• Housing compensation of €300 net (Amsterdam area) or €255 net (other locations) when relocation is required.
