Content Marketer

About the role

Dapper is seeking a proactive Content Marketer to drive online growth for a diverse portfolio of B2B clients. You will be involved from strategic planning through to execution, shaping compelling narratives for complex products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies that boost client acquisition and engagement.
• Translate briefs into clear, actionable plans while managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, collaborating closely with teams and clients.
• Write long‑form and short‑form copy for intricate B2B offerings.
• Distribute content across organic and paid channels, leveraging AI tools to enhance quality.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a B2B, fast‑scaling or agency environment.
• Growth mindset with a habit of giving/receiving feedback and testing new approaches.
• Curiosity to question briefs and push for better outcomes.
• Confidence in stakeholder management and ability to turn ideas into actionable plans.
• Strong copywriting skills for both long and short formats.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Suite for basic design tasks.
• Experience using AI‑powered content creation tools.
• Understanding of content distribution across organic and paid platforms.
