Corporate Finance M&A Internship

About the role

This three‑month internship in Corporate Finance M&A at PwC offers a hands‑on experience in a transaction‑driven environment. You will join the Corporate Finance practice in Amsterdam, working alongside experienced deal teams from initiation to completion of sell‑side and buy‑side transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate company and market data using PwC proprietary tools and external sources.
• Apply valuation techniques and conduct financial analyses to support deal assessments.
• Prepare presentation materials for potential business opportunities and new mandates.
• Assist on live deals, collaborating with Corporate Finance colleagues and other PwC competencies within the Deals department.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics or a related field with above‑average grades.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and attention to detail.
• Good command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
