CRM & Customer Engagement Specialist

About the role

Join MSD's Animal Health Benelux team to turn data into meaningful insights and enhance digital customer experiences. As a CRM & Customer Engagement Specialist you will support the CRM ecosystem, ensure data quality and help deliver personalized, omnichannel interactions for veterinary customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer master data, monitor data‑quality KPIs and perform data cleansing.
• Provide CRM support, resolve data‑related issues and promote best practices across the organization.
• Leverage CRM data for audience segmentation, campaign targeting and personalized engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and IT to improve CRM processes, user adoption and omnichannel journeys.
• Manage digital platforms such as websites, event tools and Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with solid understanding of data‑governance principles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Resides within reasonable commuting distance of Boxmeer (Netherlands) or Brussels (Belgium).
