Customer Care Specialist

About the role

As a Customer Care Specialist in DSV’s Road division, you will be the primary point of contact for around 3,500 customers, ensuring smooth communication and reliable follow‑up on shipments and orders. The role combines customer service, digital tools, and logistics processes within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and resolve customer inquiries regarding shipments, documentation, and status updates.
• Process, monitor, and follow up on orders and shipments administratively.
• Identify and resolve deviations in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
• Contribute to process improvements and digitalisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused mindset with proactive problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Confidence using digital systems and interest in process optimisation.
• Motivation to quickly learn the logistics and road transport environment.
