Customer Success Manager – EdTech Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with Ed‑Tech experience to help our B2B clients design and run high‑impact learning programmes. Based in Rotterdam, you will act as a strategic advisor, guiding HR leaders through the full lifecycle of their learning initiatives, from onboarding to renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end relationship with mid‑market and enterprise customers, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
• Collaborate with CHROs, L&D heads and HR managers to define learning goals and create tailored implementation plans.
• Provide ongoing consultancy, best‑practice advice and performance insights to drive learner improvement.
• Support Growth Account Executives in expanding and renewing accounts.
• Monitor usage data and report on learning outcomes that demonstrate business impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Customer Success or similar client‑facing role within the Ed‑Tech or HR learning sector.
• Strong understanding of B2B learning initiatives and HR development processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior HR stakeholders.
• Ability to manage a mixed portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise accounts.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or comparable education technology platforms.
