Customer Success Manager

About the role

Join ChurchDesk in Groningen as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for onboarding, supporting, and growing a portfolio of Dutch churches and congregations using Hagru or ChurchDesk.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new customers through setup, training and first successes.
• Own the customer portfolio, understand workflows and help them maximise platform value.
• Monitor usage and health, proactively address risks and drive adoption.
• Identify and lead upsell and cross‑sell conversations to create real customer value.
• Share customer insights with product and sales teams to shape the Dutch market offering.

Required profile

• Several years of proven experience in customer success, account management or B2B SaaS.
• Track record of retaining customers and growing accounts through upselling or cross‑selling.
• Ability to explain software clearly to users with varying digital experience.
• Structured, independent work style with clear priorities and measurable results.
• Genuine curiosity about churches and non‑profit environments; fluency in Dutch and good English.

• Strong communication in Dutch and English.
