Data Governance Manager (Interim) – Part‑time

About the role

Triplejump is seeking an interim Data Governance Manager to join its Digital & Change team in Amsterdam on a part‑time basis (16‑20 hours per week). The role will help embed a robust data governance framework and advance the company’s Azure‑based data platform to support operational, client and corporate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and monitor data governance policies, standards and processes across the organisation.
• Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to ensure data quality, lineage and security.
• Enhance the Azure Lakehouse, Synapse and Databricks environment to meet reporting and analytics needs.
• Drive the adoption of Power BI dashboards and self‑service analytics.
• Provide guidance on data stewardship and compliance with relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data governance or data management, preferably in a financial or impact‑investment context.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
