About the role

As the Digitalization of Innovation Lead at Philips Image Guided Therapy Systems, you will shape the future of R&D by creating a connected, data‑driven, and AI‑enabled innovation ecosystem. You will define and operationalise a common innovation and product‑lifecycle data model that links people, processes, and technologies across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Digitalization of Innovation program from strategy and roadmap through execution and adoption.
• Define and operationalise a shared innovation and product‑lifecycle data model across R&D.
• Build and scale a seamless digital thread that connects data, decisions, and activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Embed data‑driven practices and AI‑enabled capabilities into product development processes and governance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large‑scale digitalisation, data or business transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate data models or digital strategies into practical tools and everyday ways of working.
• Strong program and project leadership experience in complex product development environments.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enabled data analysis and decision‑making.
• Knowledge of digital thread concepts and model‑based engineering approaches.

What we offer

• Base gross annual salary range €93,000–€155,000.
• Eligibility for incentive compensation linked to key performance indicators.
