Director, Global Supply Chain Integration (Europe)

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior leader to drive supply chain integration across Europe. The role sits at the intersection of growth, strategic sourcing and risk management, supporting both supplier relationships and corporate development as Anduril expands its defense technology portfolio in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with growth and corporate development teams to shape pre‑contract strategy, define scope, and develop term sheets for European opportunities.
• Build and qualify a regional supply base across electronics, precision manufacturing, optics and sensors, ensuring technical capability, capacity and financial stability.
• Provide strategic advisory to European industry partners, guiding their supply‑chain teams on sourcing, compliance and cost‑modeling.
• Lead end‑to‑end supplier engagement, onboarding, performance monitoring and escalation protocols to enable rapid scaling.
• Navigate complex European regulatory frameworks (REACH, RoHS, ITAR, dual‑use, export controls) and ensure full compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive strategic sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in defense, aerospace or advanced technology.
• Proven track record negotiating complex manufacturing agreements with European suppliers and deep understanding of European business culture.
• Professional fluency in English and ability to work across international time zones.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a security clearance and travel 30‑40% internationally.

• Total cost modeling, should‑cost analysis and make‑vs‑buy assessments.
