About the role

The Director, Organization & Talent Partner for Animal Health Tech Solutions Manufacturing and Science & Technology will act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, shaping the long‑term organization and talent agenda for the Boxmeer site.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into a forward‑looking organization, workforce enablement and talent plan.
• Lead organization capability planning to ensure structures, roles and capabilities align with future business direction.
• Drive strategic workforce planning linked to transformation initiatives.
• Enable talent development, succession and leadership programs for critical populations.
• Coach senior leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and talent decisions.
• Steward organizational effectiveness, fostering collaboration across functions and clear interfaces.
• Own macro‑level change and transformation, activating the right partnerships for execution.
• Collaborate with regional HR partners to align organization and talent priorities across markets.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen to convert strategy into differentiated HR priorities.
• Expertise in organization development, effectiveness and use of OD tools.
• Proven ability to anticipate talent gaps and design succession and development plans.
• Excellent influence and executive communication skills to align senior stakeholders.
• Change‑catalyst leadership to drive cultural and organizational shifts.
• Networked partnership approach across a global HR operating model.
• Systems‑thinking mindset to view the organization as an interconnected system.
