Director, People Process Delivery, EMEA

About the role

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to direct EMEA Global Process Delivery within Nike's People Solutions organization. The role will shape shared HR services across the region, overseeing hire‑to‑retire and Total Rewards experiences while partnering with HR COEs, BHR, payroll leaders and global hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a regional operational roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities, regulatory requirements and employee experience.
• Build an operating model with clear ownership, decision rights, service measures, escalation paths and documented handoffs.
• Oversee end‑to‑end workforce operations, including employee data, contracts, right‑to‑work, benefits, leave and lifecycle transactions.
• Ensure payroll readiness through accurate data, preventive controls, audits and strong vendor partnerships.
• Lead regional Total Rewards operations, managing invoices, service performance and compliance.
• Establish transparent operating rhythms for service health, case backlogs, risk and recovery actions.

Required profile

• Proven success leading complex regional HR operations, shared services or Total Rewards.
• Ability to build operating systems with clear ownership, standard work, controls and continuous‑improvement routines.
• Strong operational judgment across employee experience, regulatory risk and service quality.
• Experience managing stakeholders through transparent communication and closed‑loop execution.
• Expertise in using operational data, root‑cause analysis, audits and process improvement.
