Electrical & Instrumentation Technician (Industrial Production)

About the role

Join a dynamic industrial environment where no two days are the same. As an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician you will keep production lines running smoothly, troubleshoot complex faults and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve faults in power distribution, electric motors, control valves, frequency drives and lighting systems.
• Perform flow, pressure, level, pH, dust and temperature measurements, including inspection, repair and calibration of measurement and control equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines, filling and packaging equipment.
• Identify reliability improvement opportunities and contribute to projects that reduce failures.

Required profile

• Red Seal Trade Certificate or equivalent qualification in Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Relevant hands‑on experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work independently, diagnose faults and perform maintenance tasks.
• Motivated attitude with a willingness to develop technical skills on the job.
• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans; readiness to learn Dutch.

What we offer

• Salary €4,357 – €5,000 gross per month, based on experience.
