Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager

About the role

At Bynder we enable brands to deliver exceptional content experiences that drive business impact. As an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager you will guide our highest‑ARR, high‑visibility global brands through enterprise‑scale digital transformations and ensure Bynder becomes their strategic brand ally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholders, managing scope, legacy migrations and custom integration requirements.
• Conduct interactive workshops to define taxonomy, metadata structures and cross‑functional DAM governance models.
• Drive adoption of AI tools to automate metadata mapping, multi‑language content migration and other high‑effort workflows.
• Influence net‑retention targets by delivering rapid time‑to‑value and identifying high‑ARR expansion opportunities.
• Act as an internal product champion, collaborating with Product and Engineering to resolve implementation issues and secure client advocacy.
• Orchestrate resources across Product, Engineering and Sales, forecast needs, monitor budgets and maintain project data hygiene in systems such as Kantata, Jira, Catalyst and Salesforce.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing onboarding programs or implementation consulting for Tier 1/2 SaaS customers and large‑scale enterprise portfolios.
• Fluency in English; German or French is a strong advantage; willingness to work from the Amsterdam office at least twice a week.
• Exceptional systemic thinking and problem‑solving skills, able to distinguish routine setup issues from complex enterprise blockers.
• Highly autonomous mindset with proactive risk mitigation and clear objective setting.
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills to advise C‑level stakeholders and drive consensus across global user groups.
