Enterprise Hunter Account Executive – Benelux

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Hunter Account Executive to maximise the market opportunity for Databricks across Benelux. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will drive strategic growth and expand our footprint in the region’s most critical enterprise accounts. This hybrid role is based in Amsterdam.

Key responsibilities

• Assess your list of assigned accounts and develop a strategy to execute against it.
• Build a customer base, identifying and closing new logo opportunities.
• Lead customers and partners to identify impactful big data and AI use cases and prove their value on the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
• Identify land opportunities and develop expand/consumption use cases.
• Orchestrate and utilise internal teams to maximise impact on your ecosystem.
• Build exceptional value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations and close deals.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise customers.
• Extensive experience and strong performance in new‑logo hunting.
• Experience in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries with some technical sales exposure.
• Proven success selling complex software deals and consistently exceeding quota.
• Understanding of consumption‑based land‑and‑expand sales models (advantageous).
• Knowledge of the Data & AI space with technology sales experience.
• Evidence of creating demand that delivered substantial business value.
• Familiarity with robust sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Value Selling, and accurate forecasting.
• Experience building effective champions, collaborative teams, and partnerships to execute territory plans.
• Ability to identify key use cases and buying centres within an opportunity.
• Understanding of the Benelux territory and its customers.
• Fluency in business English and Dutch.
