Enterprise Sales Development Representative (German Speaker)

About the role

Dash0 is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative who speaks German to join its fast‑growing EMEA team. Based in Amsterdam with a hybrid work model, you will be the first point of contact for large enterprise prospects in the DACH region, helping to build a high‑quality pipeline for the company’s observability platform.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture inbound leads from events, campaigns and product sign‑ups across DACH.
• Conduct multi‑channel outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) to target enterprise accounts.
• Research and map key accounts, identifying decision‑makers and their technical needs.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities with clear context.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Continuously refine outreach sequences and messaging to improve engagement.
• Stay informed on Dash0’s product roadmap and competitive landscape.
• Provide customer insights to Marketing and Product teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of sales development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German.
• Growth mindset with curiosity about observability and developer tooling.
• Confidence in cold outreach, objection handling and booking qualified meetings.
• Reliability, collaborative attitude and comfort in a feedback‑driven environment.
