Events and Activation Manager Europe

About the role

The Events & Activation Manager Europe will bring the Philips brand to life across the region through impactful events, communications and activation programmes that showcase product value. You will lead the planning, execution and evaluation of regional events while aligning with Business Unit marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development and delivery of regional events from concept to post‑event evaluation.
• Partner with Business Unit marketing teams and local market organisations to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment.
• Drive internal communications to keep teams informed and engaged.
• Manage event assets, product mock‑ups and demonstration materials for European events.
• Create and execute external communication activities to strengthen brand awareness.
• Develop and manage social media content to grow audience engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Customer Service to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously improve activation strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Event Management, Marketing or Communications.
• Experience in healthcare, medical technology or related industries.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Required skills

• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of paid and organic activation strategies, social media marketing and ABM programmes.

What we offer

• Base gross annual salary range €81,000 – €101,000.
• Eligibility for a 3 % bonus linked to KPIs/company results.
• Hybrid working model with at least three days per week onsite.
