Field Services Engineer – Motion Control & Test Systems

About the role

Moog is seeking a Field Services Engineer to provide on‑site technical support for its flight simulation and automotive test products. The role involves hands‑on maintenance, troubleshooting and customer interaction within a high‑performance motion‑control environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for a broad range of Moog simulation and test systems.
• Perform maintenance, overhauls and repairs on electro‑mechanical and electro‑hydraulic equipment.
• Service mechatronic systems that integrate significant software components.
• Represent Moog during customer visits, ensuring strong relationships and customer‑centric support.
• Identify commercial opportunities and collaborate with the sales team on proposal development.
• Provide extended support hours and respond to machine breakdown situations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong interest in measurement, control and automation technologies.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work under pressure during breakdown conditions.
