Finance & Controlling Internship (1 Year)

About the role

This 12‑month Finance & Controlling Internship gives you hands‑on experience as a Business Unit Controller within the Dremel division of Bosch. You will work closely with teams in Breda, the United States and Germany, gaining insight into multinational finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Compile monthly reporting packages focusing on business profitability.
• Analyse sales, margin, price and logistics cost developments by country, product and customer.
• Support quarterly review meetings with Sales, Marketing and Logistics management.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis to aid management decision‑making.
• Assist in business planning, forecast creation for innovation share, pricing, costs and sales.

Required profile

• Currently studying a business‑related undergraduate or master’s degree with a focus on Finance and Controlling.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language is a plus.
• Motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
