Financial Markets Corporate Sales (m/f/d)

About the role

The Corporate Sales desk of the Financial Markets division in Amsterdam is responsible for marketing and selling standard derivative structures (FX, interest rates, commodities, bonds and equities) to corporate clients across Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The role works closely with internal partners and the wider Commerzbank Capital Markets network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analysis and advisory support to corporate clients while generating revenue and maintaining strong relationships.
• Ensure compliance with bank governance, legal, regulatory and AML/KYC requirements.
• Coordinate projects, track progress and deliver objectives across the Continental Europe team.
• Develop and implement medium‑term operational plans and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Travel as required to support client coverage and business development.

Required profile

• University degree; CFA or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Markets product sales within an international bank.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; working knowledge of French or German is advantageous.
• Proven track record in sales management, achieving targets and managing internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FX, interest‑rate, commodity, bond and equity derivative products.
• Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness in financial markets.
• Ability to drive business growth through cross‑functional collaboration.
