Global Product Marketing Internship (1 Year)

About the role

Join Dremel, part of the Bosch Group, as a Global Product Marketing Intern for a 12‑month program. You will work with international teams to drive innovation and growth across Dremel’s product portfolio, contributing to real projects from idea to market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to international projects such as packaging development, market research, customer product guides, event organization, and business analytics.
• Support Global Product Owners in bringing new products and innovations from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Europe, North America, Asia and Latin America to shape product and portfolio strategies.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate product launch activities with various departments and regions.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Product Management or a related field and remain enrolled throughout the internship.
• Strong interest in product management, marketing, innovation and consumer products.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
